30 Cyclists are tested after 15-minute paddling and paddling/PNF stretching respectively,their maximum strength,strength-time curve and electromyography of leg muscles are collected and analyzed comparatively,in order to explore the effect of PNF stretching on cyclists\' muscle strength,strength-time curve parameter and EMG parameter.
