Based on the theory of chaotic dynamics for nonlinear systems,and according to the yearly drought and flood level data within 1624 a(from 380～2003) in Xi’an area,a study on the chaotic characteristics and the predictability of the climatological system were investigated by calculating the associated dimension,Kolmogorov entropy and Lyapunov index of climatological attractor.
根据西安地区旱涝气候等级近1 624 a(380～2003年)资料序列,运用非线性系统混沌动力学理论,通过计算气候吸引子的关联维数、Kolmogorov熵和Lyapunov指数,对西安区域旱涝气候的混沌特性和可预报性进行研究。

zhongguo Jin wubainian hanlao fenbu tuii《中国近五百年旱涝分布图集》(Yearlr Clu刁禹of刀，记“/Wet~in Chinafor the加t 500 years Per衣以)反映中国近500年早涝分布状况的著作。该书收集了中国历史文献，尤其是巧世纪以来的各地地方志书中有关气候的记载;绘制了中国自1470~1979年历史旱涝分布图共引0幅;1951~1979年实测降水量和降水距平百分率分布图共119幅;以及全国120个站点sro年旱涝等级序列表。 该图集由中央气象局气象科学研究院主持，北京大学、南京大学等全国so多个单位共同完成。它是研究气候变化的珍贵资料，也是气候资源分析、利用的重要参考文献，可供生产建设、科学研究、经济规划等部门参考使用。
