In the teaching: first of all should stress professional ability and make the focal points of "process" stand out;second should implement practice teaching and solve the specific problems;third should not be dependent on teaching material and widen teaching content;fourth should strengthen comprehensive training.

To settle these issues,the author proposes that practice course of integral training in clinical nursing should be established and a case-oriented nursing training of comprehensive simulation employed.

On the basis of analyzing the current status about military medicine education training in the military nursing profession of China and other countries, we propose a basic conception of military medicine integral training in the military nursing profession of our country, and put it into teaching practice and evaluation.

Through experiments and statistics, this paper tries to rectify the erroneous doing of swimming training, and demonstrates that the echelon building of children in China must follow the physiological and mental technique characteristics, and the integrated training must mainly on training.

From three aspects as training idea,training contents and training platform,the author analyzed the problems in ability training of integrative medical service command.
