肾衰竭管型
renal failure cast

  由损坏的肾小管上皮细胞碎屑,在管腔粗大的集合管内凝集而形成。其特点是,外形宽大而长,在管型基质上带有大量颗粒,不规则,易折断,有时呈扭曲状。见于急性肾功能衰竭的多尿早期,随着肾功能改善,此管型逐渐减少而消失。在慢性肾功能衰竭时,尿中出现此管型,提示预后不良。
