To manage the stock of textbooks is an important task in a university,and it is getting urgent to keep proper control of the stock at present when student number is increasing and large quantity of teaching materials is needed.

This article discusses the realistic meanings of constructing the combination of teaching-material management department and library because of the existent problems of college s teaching-material storeroom management, and brings forward the idiographic measures of constructing teaching -material sample storeroom.

Whether the inventory of raw materials is reasonable, affects the production process and downstream customers’satisfaction.
