Considering processing technic of the part and the work condition of the mechanism that is high overload and rotational speed,the paper establishes the finite element model of the microminiature clock mechanism with unturned escapement including manufacturing error with FEM and Hertz theory.
针对微小型无返回力矩钟表机构,考虑微小型零件的加工工艺及该机构的高承载、高转速的恶劣工作工况,以有限元法与赫兹理论相结合,建立了包含制造误差的有限元力学模型,以Pro/E和ANSYS为工具,得出了主要影响机构运行可靠性的齿轮的齿向误差、位置误差极限,从而确定了微小型齿轮的合理公差,进而保证了该机构的运行的可靠性,并且在一定程度上降低了对加工工艺的要求,从而降低了加工成本,为微小型零件的公差制定提供了一定借鉴。

Hertz theory and ANSYS software were used to analyze the contact behavior between the roller and the race way in individual thrust roller bearings respectively,and the results base on the two ways were compared for exploring the way of using ANSYS software to analyze thrust roller bearings problem.
采用赫兹理论和ANSYS软件对单个推力滚子轴承中的滚子与座圈的接触进行分析与比较,探索用AN-SYS求解推力滚子轴承的方法。

The calculation result shows that the contact stress distribution calculated by Hertz Theory fits exactly with the numerical simulation calculating result when plasticity hardening of the material does not occur;the contact stress value after wheel hardening is smaller than that of the wheel without hardening;the calculating value of the local hardening is very close to that of the full hardening.
计算了这三种模型点接触和线接触两种轮轨接触模型的接触应力和接触面积,并与相应的赫兹理论值作对比。
