The author introduced the mode and experience that brought employee staff into system of military medi- cal service force,and then proposed the organization form,the content and characteristics of training of this mode which can strengthen the construction of medical service force in support.

The author introduced experiences on enforcing construction of mobile force of medical service as followed: Firstly, have idea of real war and real preparation,and prepare to fight in first group.
