偏枯 偏枯 病名。由营卫俱虚，真气不能充于全身，邪气侵袭于半身偏虚之处所致一侧上下肢偏废不用之证。又名偏风，亦称半身不遂。《灵枢·刺节真邪》：“虚邪偏客于身半，其入深，内居营卫，荣卫稍衰，则真气去，邪气独留，发为偏枯。”其证或兼疼痛，久则患肢肌肉枯瘦。《灵枢·热病》：“偏枯，身偏不用而痛，言不变，志不乱，病在分腠之间。”《素问·大奇论》谓偏枯不瘖能言，舌转灵活者易治，瘖不能言者难治。治宜调阴阳、通经脉、益营卫。参见半身不遂、左瘫右痪条。本证多见于脑血管意外后遗症等。
