It is necessary for us to set up a series of national cultures and spirits which has human accomplishment in order to eliminate the family organization and the local evil force from a village and keep a village order.

This paper,through analysing affacks and causes which family organization met with,reveals political and economic changes of family organization during the period of four social reforms (land reform,socialist transform,people s commune movement,rural reform)after the foundiing of P R China,and such changes influence to decrease and increase family organ.

Based on the investigation of remaining clan organizations in Qinglong village and an comparative study of related documents and records and the villagers oral historical materials,this paper reveals the characteristics of the clan organization which only can be found in modern society-sustainability,implication and deformation.
