| 技术革命 technological revolution 影响全局的 、带有根本性的技术进步 。作为人类认识世界成果的科学理论一旦运用于技术开发，并在某种技术领域取得巨大突破，就形成了一次伟大的技术革命。技术革命是人类改造客观世界的飞跃。一般说来，技术革命有两个方面的标志，一是技术原理、技术手段、技术规则的重大突破，以及由此引起的整个技术结构的根本变化；一是技术革命形成了新的社会生产力，引起了社会生产方式的变革，极大地促进了经济发展和社会进步。 技术革命在科技发展和社会发展上作出过巨大贡献。一般认为，人类历史大体经历了四次技术革命：①从18世纪60年代开始的对热能的利用，发明了纺织机和蒸汽机。②从19世纪开始的对电力的利用，发明了内燃机、电动机、汽轮机，兴起了石油、冶金、化工、飞机制造、电气等一系列新技术。③从20世纪40年代开始的以原子能、电子和合成化学等为主要内容的技术革命。④正在兴起的以电脑、信息、激光、光纤通信、新能源、新材料、海洋开发、生物工程、空间技术和现代农业十大技术为中心的新的技术革命。 |
