﹝出修习止观坐禅法要﹞
［一、辨邪伪禅发相］，谓修禅之人，于禅定中，或觉自身如缚如压，或时身轻欲飞，或欢喜躁动，忧愁悲思，如是种种邪伪之相，与禅俱发。心若爱着，即与鬼法相应，多失心颠狂。是故修禅定者，于此诸相，即当一心寂静，辨其邪伪，知彼虚诳，不爱不着，则自然灭谢，是为辨邪伪禅发相。
［二、辨真正禅发相］，谓修禅之人，于禅定中，端心正念，离诸昏散，但觉身心安隐，泯然虚豁，空明清净，寂静无为，而与正定相应。如前所说一切邪伪之相，了无所见，是为辨真正禅发相。
