性质：粉状物，溶于水呈绿光黄色，微溶于乙醇。在浓硫酸中呈红色，稀释后呈浅紫色。其水溶液，遇浓盐酸为酱红色沉淀；遇浓烧碱液呈棕光橙色沉淀。在染色时，中性条件下拔染性很好，碱性条件下染性也较好。在40-60℃温度时，对纤维亲合力最大，并且有良好的匀染性。
制备方法：由间氨基苯磺酸用盐酸、亚硝酸钠进行重氮化，而后与邻甲氧基苯甲胺磺酸进行偶合，再经水解脱去磺酸甲酯，而得到单偶氮物（Ⅰ）。同时，由对硝基苯胺，经重氮化后与水杨酸进行偶合，而后将硝基还原成氨基，得到单偶氮物（Ⅱ）。最后，将单偶氮物（Ⅰ）与（Ⅱ）与光气缩合，再经盐析、过滤及干燥而制得原染料。
用途：主要用于粘胶、棉、麻等纤维纱纤维及其织物的染色和印花，也用于蚕丝、锦/粘、涤/棉、涤/粘等混纺织物的染色和印花。色光鲜艳，匀染性好，染色后经固色剂Y处理色光微暗，经固色剂M处理转黄光棕色，经脲醛树脂整理色光基本不变。本品染棉、粘胶，基色光与直接耐晒黄 G、直接耐晒黄6GS相近，可按具体要求相互代用。
