Based on the guide of "Knowledge Maturing Process" model, this study raised an "Activities Led" learning framework from the perspective of the learning process.
针对存在的问题,本研究以“知识成熟过程”模型为指导,从学习流程的角度提出了“活动引领”学习框架,即依据知识成熟的每个阶段,设计一系列相应的学习活动,引导知识逐渐成熟,引导教师发现问题、分析问题,最终解决问题。

领导活动要索(elem。。ts of一eadiog ae-tivities)亦称“领导要素”。指领导(或领导活动)所必须具备的主客观条件。领导活动是人类群体活动的产物，是一个完整的动态过程。领导者、被领导者、主客观环境、群体活动目标是领导活动的基本要素。亦就是说，领导活动是领导者和被领导者在特定的情境中，为实现群体目标而相互影响、相互作用的动态过程。在这些要素中，起着决策、组织、指挥、引导、监督等作用的领导者，是领导活动的主导因素;被领导者是实现领导活动的主动力量;客观环境及其对客观环境的认识，是领导活动的前提条件和客观依据;群体目标是联系领导者与被领导者的媒介，是领导活动所要达到的目的。 (范粉幸撰王树茂审)
