Yizhen,or disaster-relief,was a form of charity famine relief organized by the gentries in the areas south to the Yangtze river during late Qing dynasty when the nation was declining day and day,which showed middle or low officers political ambition and ability to manage social affairs.
义赈是晚清国运衰颓时由江南士大夫发起实施的新的灾荒救济形式,体现了一批中下级官员和在野士大夫的政治抱负和经世能力。

湖北蕲春人。1979年毕业于北京电影学院编剧进修班。历任安徽电影制片厂副厂长，安徽省影协副主席。70年代开始发表作品。著有电影文学剧本《月亮湾的笑声》(合作)、《月亮湾的风波》、《鬼妹》、《狐缘》、《野妈妈》，电视剧剧本《喜从天降》、《行路难》、《建设者》、《命运》等。
