Based on the analysis of "dual-master"construction in Chinese tourism colleges and the comparison with that in foreign colleges,the paper summarizes the experience in Guilin Institute of Tourism and puts forward the basic construction principle as well as possible approaches and measures.
通过对我国旅游院校(高职高专专业)"双师型"师资队伍建设的基本情况分析和不同国家(地区)高职院校(专业)师资队伍建设的比较,在总结桂林旅专"双师型"师资队伍建设实践的基础上,提出了旅游院校"双师型"师资队伍建设的基本思路,并列出了可供参考的途径和措施。
