Iuoyang youshe Jingshu Jiagong sheli yanjiuyuan洛阳有色金属加工设计研究院(LuoyangEngineering and Researeh Institute for Non-ferrous Metals Proeessing)中国唯一的大型有色金属加工设计研究单位，具有甲级工程设计证书。位于中国河南省洛阳市涧西区西苑路1号，1964年成立，1983年直属中国有色金属工业总公司领导，全院有职工1170多人，其中工程技术人员840多人(高级工程师240多人，工程师350多人)。设有5个综合设计所，6个研究所，1个规划室，1个试验工厂，以及计算机技术开发中心、工程承包部、工程咨询公司等。在深圳、海南、重庆、上海、南京设有分院或分部。具有有色金属加工及深加工工艺和装备的专长技术和科研开发能力。从80年代初起，在有色金属加工装备的国产化方面进行了大量的工作并取得了较大的成绩。1985年起，又开展了有色金属加工专用设备从设汁、制造至安装调试的装备总承包业务，已有14oomm、120omm、800mm等不同规格的高精度液压轧机、连铸连轧机、工业炉等10。多台(套)设备投产，并有部分技术设备出口。建院以来，共完成包括我国自行建设的所有大、中型有色加工企业在内的工业与民用建筑工程设计500多项，援外设计2项，科研成果74项;获国家级和省部级优秀工程设计奖、科技进步奖65项。同世界上30多个国家的100多个设计、设备制造及有色金属加工企业有技术业务联系。编辑出版有《有色金属加工》、《有色加工动态》和《铜加工》等刊物。 (黄晤)
