Since 1985,the urban-rural residents income difference shows an extending trend in fluctuation,which becomes the main part of the national income difference and the main cause that leads to extending in China.

Current Situation of Income Gap in China and Countermeasure;

Through the analysis of the income of urban and rural residents in Qinghai Province,the income gap between urban and rural residents of the Qinghai Province is measured through Gini coefficient and the development trend of the income gap is forecasted by regression.

Most scholars attempt to explain why income gap of urban residents was widens from the study of economic development,institutional transformation and economic policies.
