鱼丸30克、白鲫鱼150克、生姜10克、蒜苗10克，花生油20克、盐5克、味精6克、胡椒粉少许、绍酒10克、麻油2克、白糖2克。
第二步~美食做法
1、白鲫鱼清洗干净，生姜去皮切丝，蒜苗切段。
2、油热后放入白鲫鱼，用小火煎至两面金黄，下姜丝，注入绍酒、清汤，用中火煮。
3、待煮至汤色变白，下入鱼丸、蒜苗，调入盐、味精、白糖、胡椒粉煮透淋上麻油，上碟即可。
