朱权
人名(?～1448年)。号■仙，亦号涵 虚子、玄洲道人、丹丘先生、大明奇士，世称宁县王。乃朱元璋第17子。明代濠州钟离县( 今安徽凤阳)人，洪武二十四年(1391年)封宁王，逾二年就藩于大宁，永乐元年改封南昌， 未久，有人告权“巫蛊作谤”，帝命人密探，查无实据而得免。自此，权构精庐一区，鼓琴 读书于其间，日与文人墨客相往还，以为韬晦。宣德年间(1426～1435年)，奉敕辑《通鉴博 论》2卷。正统十三年卒。权素重养生，兼通医理，著有《延寿仙方》、《乾坤生意》、《 庚辛玉册》、《寿世神方》、《活人心法》。其《房中炼己捷要·五字妙诀》(出处不明)为 《摄生秘剖》附录，录■、■、■、■、■，为5 种房中术与气功修炼术相结合的性交术式，对房室养生影响甚大。
