The present situation of the teachers of the five provinces frontiers regions is unoptimistic;there are a lot of malpractice in the classroom instruction;the social environment of ruling education according to law is not formed;modern long-distance education is faced with arduous duty;the building of modern school system is faced with a long way to go.

When establishing the educational development strategy for five frontier provinces,we should thoroughly consider some necessary bases,such as the talents demand of regional education development,the tendency of regional education demand,regional conditions,etc.

Reasons of the slow economic development in the provincial border areas include: natural geographical factors,systematic reasons,and transportation elements.

As the interjection districts of provincial economic policies, as well as the convergent area of regional conflicts, the Provincial Border Regions plays a strategic role in building up the harmonious society, with difficulties in spacial coordination and overall development.
