美国1956年土壤银行计划
【美国1956年土幼银行计划】用停耕一部分土地的办法来减少农产品产量和保持水土资源的计划。美国政府根据1956年农业法制定。由两个部分组成:①耕地储备计划。农场主同政府签定为期1年的合同，使原来种植小麦、玉米、棉花、大米、烟草和花生等作物的一部分耕地退出生产，以保护耕地。除特殊情况外，不得在这些土地上种植任何作物或放牧，政府给予补贴，总额不少于耕种这些土地的纯收人。②水土储备计划。命名一部分耕地长期退出耕作，用于种草、植树，以保护水资源、土壤、树木等，期限最长可达巧年。参加计划的农场主可以从政府取得地租补贴和一部分水土保持设施费用的补贴。该计划在合同期满后便终止。1958年己有一部分合同期满。到1972年全部合同期满时，仅水土储备计划的补贴总额就高达24.8亿美元。
