保税陈列场(bonded exhibition),是经海关批准在一定期限内用于陈列外国货物进行展览的保税场所。这种保税场所通常设在本国政府或外国政府、本国企业组织或外国企业组织等直接举办或资助举办的博览会、展览会和样品陈列所中。
保税陈列场除了具有保税货棚的职能外，和可以展览商品，加强广告宣传、促进交易的开展。
