| 《社会行动的结构》 The Strcuture of Social Action T.帕森斯的著作。1937年于纽约出版。作者评述了V.帕雷托、E.迪尔凯姆、M.韦伯和英国经济学家A.马歇尔的社会学和经济学思想，总结出唯意志论的社会行动理论，认为这种理论应该是演绎的，表现出分析因素与理论所探索的经验事实之间的逻辑联系；社会学应把社会行动的唯意志论的概念作为自己的研究对象，如行动单位、手段、目的和条件等，社会秩序的建立，取决于社会行动者的规范化即文化的取向。帕森斯反复声明，社会行动的理论，不能还原为生理学和心理学，社会行动只有通过社会学的因素，即通过分析行动者如何构造他们的情景，以及用什么样的价值规范为指导原则才能得到科学的说明。《社会结构》一书的出版，确立了帕森斯在美国社会学界中的地位，其行动理论也成为40～50年代最流行的社会学理论，并为他后来提出的AGIL的系统模式奠定了基础。 |
