大武乡地处河南省商水西南边陲，距县城25公里，界于周口、驻马店、漯河三市结合部，南部与上蔡县小岳寺乡、华陂乡接壤，西部与郾城县万金乡、青年乡毗邻，北部、东部分别与本县巴村镇、舒庄乡交界。全乡东南至西北长14.5公里，南北长3.5公里，总面积55平方公里。辖26个行政村，46个自然村，42396人，均为汉族。属革命老区。
