HUANG Jing-ren is a poet with many characteristics in the period of the reign of Qianlong Emperor and Jiaqing Emperor.
黄景仁是清代乾嘉时期富有特色的诗人,他的诗歌被称为盛世衰音的典型。

Among them were those who had similar ideas and and poetic concept to his, such as HUANG Jing-ren, his poetry followers HE Shi-yong and SUN Yuan-xiang, but also those who were quite different from him in their ideas and poetic concept, such as YAO Nai, of whom WAN Mei became a great friend, an indication of his broad-mindedness.
