s:The content of Pb in hair from 531 normal children of 1～8 years old, in serum from 290 normal children, in hair and serum of 287 children with mininal brain dysfunction and 251 children with pica was determined and compared.

异食
pica
以嗜食泥土、纸张、生米、木炭等物为特征的一种儿科病证。常见于肠道寄生虫病、营养不良、贫血等患者。异食主要与虫积和脾胃虚弱有关。治疗以驱虫消积，或益气健脾为主。
宋代《小儿药证直诀》中已有患疳证的小儿嗜食泥土的记载。明代《赤水玄珠》指出，嗜食生米是因为腹内有虫。
异食多为虫积于内，损伤脾胃，运化功能障碍所致。由虫积引起者,证见面色苍黄，形体消瘦，神情烦躁,食欲失常，嗜食泥土、生米等，咬指甲，肚腹胀大，脐周时痛时止，大便失调。治宜驱虫消积，常用使君子散为主方。脾胃虚弱者，面色萎黄,形瘦神疲，表情淡漠,正常饮食减少,嗜食杂物，大便稀薄,舌质与口唇色淡。治宜益气健脾，常用香砂六君子汤、参苓白术散加减。
