教师角色美的效应(effeets of beautify-cation of a teaeher’s:ole)学生因教师角色美引起的美感在其心理上产生的影响。教师角色美是崇高美，它引起的是学生对教师的景仰、钦佩、崇敬、爱戴的情感，是一种愉悦的体验。这情感的产生有直觉性，没有明显的功利意识。因师生‘角色关系”的恒常性，它的产生也有恒常性。恒常产生的美感，促进学生对教师的信赖，确信教师的教导、讲解和指示，积极主动地学习。在此心理背景上，教师对学生的要求容易转化为学生的心理需要。这种效应的高低，和具有教师身份者对教师角色美的体现程度成正相关。这一相关性，在对学生的品德教育中尤其明显。体现程度高者，对学生即使是非常轻微的谴责、非议和批评，也比体现程度低者所施的严厉惩罚，更能使学生改正错误，弃恶从善。 (周作云撰张粹然审)
