理性一惰绪集体心理治疗(ra tional-emotive group psyehotherapy)理性-情绪集体心理治疗是理性一情绪治疗的一种形式。不过，它是以集体的形式代替个别形式而已。它侧重于帮助患者改变由于非理性信念和想像而导致的自我挫败和自我目标未能实现而产生的情绪和行为。1955年，由于艾理斯(E 1115，A.)不满于精神分析理论的教条，而先于个别理性一情绪治疗提出了理性一情绪集体心理治疗。这种治疗方法的特点是着眼于行为和情绪的认知控制，反对行为的无意识动机的观点。它采用教育模式的治疗方法，而不是医药的、情绪释放或条件反射模式。它是以小组的形式，组成小组的成员人数不等。每当小组聚会时，每个小组成员都要提出一个具体问题，然后由治疗者或小组的其他成员向某一个重点成员提出问题或提出评论，帮助成员澄清问题，揭露不合理的观念，并进行辩论。通过治疗者的鼓励、彼此之间的相互支持，促使小组每个成员的理性与情绪趋于一致，改变成员的消极情绪;同时并辅以行为矫正方法，塑造新的行为模式。 (杨津广撰梁宝勇审)
