笔者根据近几年参加国民体质测定服务工作以及对万余名受测者进行面对面咨询的切身体会和经验总结,对咨询的作用、咨询人员需具备的知识和素质、咨询的原则、现场咨询的要求与技巧等进行了论述,以期对更好地开展国民体质测定服务工作有所参考。

Through the analysis on physical quality index data of different group of people from Shijiazhuang,Cangzhou,Chengde,the three different economic zones in Hebei province of 2005,this paper shows the effect of national economy and social development on national physical quality index,and offers the theory base on the development of national fitness program and harmonious society in Hebei.
通过对2005年河北省国民体质监测中获得的代表不同经济地域的三市——石家庄、沧州、承德各类人群的国民体质机能的原始个案指标数据进行分析,揭示国民经济、社会发展对国民体质机能指标的影响,为进一步推动河北省的全民健身计划、全面构建和谐社会提供理论依据。
