【分配效应】物价上涨或下跌时对收人发生的某种再分配现象。如在通货膨胀时期，通货膨胀对社会总体而言并不改变社会的实际财富存量，但是对债务人和债权人来讲，其得益和受损的情况是不一样的。通货膨胀使现有资产与债务的实际价值降低，造成债务人实际负债减少，债权人实际资产降值，同时通货膨胀使得收入分配有利于利润收人者，不利于工资收人者;有利于政府部门，不利于私人部门等。
