【丹麦农民贷款合作社】丹麦合作金融组织的一种。19世纪中叶，丹麦大批农民获得解放，成为自耕农，为筹措生产费用，往往以耕地做抵押借高利贷。为了减轻农民的负担，1850年根据法律规定，设立农民贷款合作社，向农民提供低息贷款。但农民贷款合作社无自有资金，只是在社员与金融市场之间充当中介人。合作社给借款人年息3.5%一5%之间的不记名债券，这种债券可以上市交易，持券人要取得现金时，可将债券出售和抵押。这种债券由借款人用资产担保，贷款额一般不超过资产总额的50%，因而投资者认为这种债券是一流的证券，对借款人作为抵押的资产鉴定，由评价委员会来做。评价委员会为合作社社员，由各地区选举产生。
