Based on sports practice and combining with literature review , this paper made discussion and analysis on advantage and concrete implementing plan of constructing overall formation of junior football players.

Circle grid analysis has been adopted to determine the forming characteristics and metal flow of sideframe outer panel from the results of finite element analysis of the integrated forming process, and the key mechanical properties and material windows are then established.
