In this paper, based on the model of accident phenomenon attributes to personal factors, the relationship between personal factors and accidents is discussed, the effect on the perception of the potential hazards made by different personal factors and the safety level of the work behaviors determined by the effect are analyzed in the condition that potential hazards exist.

Guided by the theory of "Error Analysis",this paper takes a high school s grade 3 students as research subjects,and tries to examine the effects of intralingual factors and personal factors on L2 learners simple past tense errors.

On the basis of a questionnaire completed by adult learners,with the aids of SPSS,the author briefly analyzes the influences that personal factors,such as motivation,anxiety and their personality,have on English achievement and reading ability.

The choice of their career is influenced by social, family and personal factors.

Therefore,for the purpose of improving college English teaching quality,teachers should develop students’ positive attitudes,self-esteem and self-confidence on the basis of learners’ diverse individual factors.
