《贸易政策审议机制》（TradePolicyReviewMechanism，TPRM）是世界贸易组织管辖的一项多边贸易协议。它由目的、国内政策透明度、审议程序、报告、与《1994年关贸总协定》和《服务贸易总协定》的国际收支条款的关系、对机制的评审、国际贸易环境发展综述等7条组成。《贸易政策审议机制》规定的审议频率为，在世界贸易市场份额中居前4名的成员每2年审议一次，居前5-20名的成员每4年审议一次，其他成员每6年审议一次，最不发达国家成员可以有更长的审议间隔时间；此外还规定了审议的程序。《贸易政策审议机制》目的是通过对各成员的全部贸易政策和做法及其对多边贸易体制运行的影响进行定期的集体审议和评估，促进所有成员更好地遵守多边贸易协议和适用的诸边贸易协议项下的规则、纪律和承诺，并通过深入了解各成员的贸易政策和实践，实现其更大的透明度而使多边贸易体制更加平稳地运作。
