肌肉力量(muse一e streogth)肌肉收缩时所产生的力量,简称肌力。肌力按用力方式可分为提力、举力、拉力、推力、握力等。按用力性质可分为静力性肌力和动力性肌力。静力性肌力是肌肉作等长收缩时产生的力量。它使肌体维持或固定于一定位置和姿势,而无明显位移。动力性肌力是肌肉作等张收缩时产生的力量它使)lk体产生明显的位移,并使人体或机械产生加速度运动。肌力有明显的个体差异。男子力量在18岁前随年龄增长而稳定持续地增长,25岁左右达到最大力量,以后则随年龄增长而逐年减小。女子力量平均为男子的70%左右.除年龄和性别因素以外,肌勺也与身体姿势、健康状况、锻炼、营养、药物、环境、温度等许多因素有关。 (许百华撰朱祖样审)
