| 需要层次论 needs，hierarchical theory of 美国人A.马斯洛提出的需要理论。这种理论认为人的需要或动机可以分为5个层次，即生理需要、安全需要、爱的需要、尊重需要和自我实现的需要。马斯洛所说的自我实现的需要是促使自己的潜在能力得以实现的趋势。这种趋势是希望自己越来越成为所期望的人物，希望完成与自己的能力相称的一切事情。 马斯洛认为，上述5种需要是互相联系的，它们排列成一个由低而高逐级上升的层次。当一种需要得到满足时，另一更高级的需要就会出现，转而支配意识生活，并成为行为组织的中心，而那些已满足的需要便不再是积极的推动力了。 |
