补充资料：鸡骨草煲乌鸡
原料：乌鸡一只斩件、飞水，鸡骨草（干）约150克洗净、斩段，排骨250克，蜜枣3个，章鱼约20克，清水6斤。
做法：清水开锅后下料同煲约3小时，吃时以盐调料即可。
