Based on the technological features of small nitrogenous fertilizer production system and the analysis of fire & explosion risk factors in the production of nitrogenous fertilizer,Dow method is used to calculate the inherent risk index and the actual risk index of six assessment units of coal gas producer,gas tank,desulfurization,transformation,cuprammonium washing and synthesis.

In this paper we study of separating xylitol mother liquid and xylose(50%) in three different concentration with PCR-642 resin using pulse test equipment and also make a foremost analysis to the feasibility of industrialization of separating xylose/xylitol mother liquid.
试验采用单柱评价装置,用PCR 642树脂分别对3种不同浓度的木糖醇母液、50%木糖母液进行了分离试验,初步得出了部分相关数据,并对木糖(醇)母液实现工业化分离可行性作了初步分析,结果表明:用PCR 642树脂对木糖醇母液中的木糖醇进行分离提纯是可行的,较佳的进料浓度是50%;用PCR 642树脂从木糖母液中提取木糖或阿拉伯糖则行不通。
