补充资料：什么是自愿保险？什么是强制保险？
所谓自愿保险，是指投保人和保险公司在平等互利、等价有偿的原则基础上，通过协商一致，双方完全自愿订立保险合同，建立保险关系。换句话说，是否投保和承保，参加什么保险，保险合同的具体内容，完全由双方自愿自主决定，不受任何第三者干预。平等自愿是商业保险的一个基本原则。 所谓强制保险，又称法定保险，指根据国家有关法律法规，某些特殊的群体或行业，不管当事人愿意与否，都必须参加规定的保险。比如，世界各国一般都将机动车第三者责任保险规定为强制保险的险种。由于强制保险某种意义上表现为国家对个人意愿的干预，所以强制保险的范围是受严格限制的。我国《保险法》规定，除法律、行政法规规定必须保险的以外，保险公司和其他任何单位不得强制他人订立保险合同。
