从我国高等美术教育的历史与现状出发,分析了当前我国高等美术教育中所存在的一些问题:观念落后,课程单一,重技法轻文化素养以及历史原因形成的我国美术教育的缺陷等等。

中国现代美术期刊。中国美术家协会机关刊物，其前身是《人民美术》。《人民美术》创刊于1950年 2月， 同年停刊，共出版6期，由王朝闻、李桦任主编。1954年1月复刊，改名《美术》，初为月刊,自1961～1966年改为双月刊,1966年5月因"文化大革命"停刊。至1976年3月复刊， 为双月刊，1979年3月复改为月刊至今。
