Collaborative design tasks under dynamic alliance environment have the distinct characteristics of distribution, dynamic and variety, so a multi-agent and multi-server cooperation based comprehensive task scheduling system is proposed in this paper, then the used dynamic alliance task evaluation scheme is discussed, and a new multi-phase alliance task schedule method is given.
