补充资料：约束理论(theory of constraints)
约束理论(theory of constraints)：简称TOC，通常称之为最优生产技术OPT的软件和技术也属于TOC的范畴。TOC提出不同的指导思想，首先将产品与过程信息合起来表示，以减少信息容量。其次，不是对所有资源同时进行排序和负荷分配，而是先找出生产系统中的瓶颈(或称约束)、然后只对瓶颈资源进行排序和资源分配，最后根据对瓶颈资源的排序来对其他有多余容量的资源进行排序。这样，不仅大大的减少了排序与资源负荷分配的难度，而且这两者可以同时完成，大大缩短了排序时间。所以这种方法也称为同步制造。
