协力创新法(syneeties)美国人戈登(G ordon，v .J.)提出的一种参与管理的方法。这种方法主要指管理者动员训练有素或成熟度较高的组织成员，对管理问题进行有准备的参与讨论，从而激发他们充分发挥创新能力。它同“头脑风暴法”既相似又不同，其主要区别有四点:(l)参加协力创新法的人事先清晰知道问题的性质和真相。(2)协力创新法的组织者可提出问题的关键和讨论的中心。(3)参加人员一般有适当的训练，掌握各种分析方法，富于想像力。(4)在协力创新中，参与人员彼此意见交锋。而这些都是“头脑风暴法”所没有或欠缺的。 (孙俊山撰张燮审)
