Based on the analysis of a questionnaire about university teachers morality conducted in six universities in China,the paper explores the connotations of teachers morality from the perspective of ethical philosophy and argues that the teachers morality includes four elements,that is,prudent attitude,knowledge,technique and personality.
通过对武汉大学、兰州大学、郑州大学等6所高校师德建设研究抽样问卷调查分析,从伦理哲学的角度进行了构建师德内涵的尝试。

      唐高宗、武则天时大臣。字宗仁。郑州原武(今河南原武西)人。弱冠以进士及第授江都县尉,累迁为监察御史。高宗上元初,朝廷召募"猛士"御吐蕃,师德以文臣应募,从军西讨,屡有战功,迁殿中侍御史兼河源军(今青海乐都西南)司马,知营田事。武周天授初,升任左金吾将军、检校丰州都督,仍知营田事。师德主管北方营田十余年,自己穿上皮袴(百姓的服装),指挥士卒屯垦,取得积谷数百万斛的巨大成绩。边军粮足,既无转输之劳,又省和籴(政府向百姓收购粮食)之费,获得武则天的嘉奖。长寿元年(692),召拜夏官(兵部)侍郎判尚书事。次年同凤阁鸾台平章事(即同中书门下平章事)。不久,则天认为营田关系到边镇军粮供应,非常重要,又任师德为河源、积石(今青海贵德西)、怀远(今地未详)等军及河、兰、鄯、廓等州(今甘肃兰州以西、青海湟源以东地区)检校营田大使。唐代西北和北边军事屯田之盛,以师德主管时为最。随后内迁秋官(刑部)尚书,转左肃政台(即御史台)御史大夫,依旧知政事。证圣元年(695),吐蕃进攻洮州(今甘肃临潭),他统兵出征,战败,被贬为原州员外司马。万岁通天二年(697),复起为同凤阁鸾台平章事。圣历元年(698),复充陇右诸军大使,仍检校河西营田。次年,为天兵军副大总管,仍充陇右诸军大使,专掌招抚吐蕃事。同年八月卒于会州(今甘肃靖远)。师德出将入相,总边任前后三十余年,以谨慎忍让闻名。
