It not only makes students grasp a large quantity of vocabulary of technical terms,but also improves their ability of reading and writing.

Our study of the bilingual course in software engineering at USTC showed that students who had passed CET 4 and had mastered a relevant technical vocabulary benefited more from bilingual teaching which helped improve their English proficiency as well as their knowledge of the discipline involved.
