Labour service dispatch is a system,which involves labour contracts entered by labour service dispatching units and dispatched workers,and labour service dispatching contracts entered by labour service dispatching units and working units,stipulating that labour service dispatching units will be paid for the service provided by dispatched workers to the working units.
