基于浙江省典型公共体育场馆的案例调研,文章认为,委托经营是目前公共体育场馆实现民营化的有效模式,规范合同签订内容和程序、加强合同监管是委托经营模式得以有效实施的关键,该模式将为我国体育场馆经营制度的创新提供有益的探索。
