| 国体 state，form of 国家的阶级本质。它表明社会各阶级在国家中的地位 。是国家分类的依据。历史上的国家可以划分为两种类型：一种是剥削阶级专政的国家，包括奴隶主阶级专政的国家、封建地主阶级专政的国家和资产阶级专政的国家；另一种是无产阶级专政的国家。不同阶级的专政形成了不同的国体。国体决定政体，并通过政体来体现。《中华人民共和国宪法 》规定，“中华人民共和国是工人阶级领导的、以工农联盟为基础的人民民主专政的社会主义国家”。这就是中国现阶段的国体。 |
