缅甸剧作家。棉坦镇新榜卫村人。曾任宫中总管戏剧艺人的文书官。他具有丰富的音乐舞蹈知识，写过不少诗歌和剧作。他有据可考的剧作有9部，其中3部只有篇名。他的剧作多取材于神话传说,但往往有所隐喻,如《巴勃亨》、《德瓦贡班》、《温甘达》、《玛霍》等。他的剧作语言简练,通俗易懂且格律工整。每幕结尾,剧中人请乐师奏乐时所作的诗白,词藻华丽,简短明了，含意深刻。在个别剧的末尾他还用了收场诗，这也是他的一种创新。
