大副收据是指在海运中，货物装船后，由船长或大副签发的收货单。
收货单是船公司签发给托运人的表明货物已装船的临时收据。托运人凭收货单向外轮代理公司交付运费并换取正本提单。收货单上如有大副批注，则在换取提单时，将该项大副批注转注到提单上。
